HAVAŞ airport coach
Two lines only: to Bodrum bus station at 230 TL and towards Güvercinlik and Torba at 190 TL, both about 35 minutes. From the airport, coaches leave roughly 30–45 minutes after each landing and run until late at night; towards the airport they follow a fixed published timetable. Buy on board from the driver — cash, card or contactless. Luggage is free in the lower hold.

Muttaş municipal buses
Green and white, air-conditioned, radiating from Bodrum bus station to every town between roughly 06:30 and 23:00, later in summer. A Muğla Card from the bus station ticket office saves 20–30 %; cash and contactless also work. Space for large suitcases is limited. Muttaş does not run to the airport from Bodrum.

Taxi
The official rank is directly outside the terminal exit and works 24 hours. Licensed taxis are yellow and the meter is compulsory — insist on it and do not negotiate a fixed figure. A night tariff of +50 % applies between 00:00 and 06:00. There is no lawful surcharge for luggage.

Booked in advance, door to door. The driver waits in arrivals with a name board and tracks your flight, so a delay costs nothing extra. Priced per vehicle rather than per person; child seats are normally free on request. Book at least 24 hours ahead.

Choosing Between Them
If you are heading for Bodrum town or Torba with light luggage, take the coach — it is the cheapest option by a wide margin and it leaves after your flight lands. If you are heading anywhere else, understand that the coach only reaches the bus station and you then change onto a Muttaş bus or a dolmuş, which is unpleasant with several large cases.
For two or three people, a metered taxi is often reasonable and needs no planning. For four or more, or with children, or arriving after midnight, a pre-booked transfer priced per vehicle generally works out better and removes the negotiation entirely.
