Milas-Bodrum Airport Services

What is available in the two terminal buildings, where it is, and which desk you actually need.

Two Terminals

Milas-Bodrum Airport has two separate terminal buildings: one for domestic flights and one, considerably larger, for international traffic. The domestic terminal works all year, serving Istanbul, Ankara and İzmir with Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, AJet and SunExpress. The international terminal carries the seasonal charter and scheduled programme, heavily from the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.

Check which building your flight uses before you set off. Most services listed below exist in both, but the duty-free area and passport control are on the international side only.

Which Desk for Which Problem

Almost everything that goes wrong at an airport belongs to the airline, not the airport: a missing or damaged bag, a cancelled or delayed flight, a seat or a name change, special assistance, or anything left on board the aircraft. Go to your carrier’s desk with your flight number.

The airport handles what happens inside the buildings: items left in the terminal, information about facilities, and parking. Call +90 252 523 01 01 for those.

For the coach, HAVAŞ is on 444 0 487; for the municipal buses, Muttaş is on 444 4801. This site is an independent guide and cannot act on any of these matters on your behalf.

Airport Services — Frequently Asked Questions

Is there free Wi-Fi at Bodrum Airport?

Yes. The BJV-FreeWiFi network covers both terminals and the first 60 minutes are free; after that you need to register to continue.

Is there a lounge at Milas-Bodrum Airport?

Yes, in both the domestic and the international terminal, with food and drink, Wi-Fi, showers and meeting rooms. Entry fees vary — check on the day, or whether your card or airline includes access.

How many terminals does Bodrum Airport have?

Two separate buildings — one domestic, one international. All flights from abroad use the international terminal, which also has the duty-free area and passport control.

Where is lost property at Bodrum Airport?

The lost and found office is on the domestic arrivals floor, reachable 24 hours a day on +90 252 523 01 01 extension 1234. Items left on the aircraft are handled by the airline, not the airport.

How do I arrange assistance for a disabled passenger?

Through your airline, at least 48 hours before the flight. Lifts, ramps and free escort service from check-in to the aircraft are then provided; the airport does not take these bookings directly.
