The cheapest way out of the airport — with one important limitation: it goes to the bus station, not your hotel.

How the HAVAŞ Coach Works
HAVAŞ operates the scheduled airport coach in Turkey. At Bodrum the main line runs from the terminal to Bodrum bus station (the old otogar) — about 37 km in 45–50 minutes, calling at Milas junction and Güllük junction on the way. A second, usually cheaper line serves Güvercinlik via the Torba road in about 35 minutes.
Airport departures are not on a fixed clock: a coach leaves roughly 30–45 minutes after each flight lands, including late-night arrivals up to around 02:00–03:00. Whatever time you land, there will normally be a coach waiting.
Board outside the arrivals exit — follow the HAVAŞ signs. Tickets are bought on the bus from the driver by cash, card or contactless; there is no need to book. Luggage travels free in the lower hold, and children under six travel free.

The Return Journey Is Different
Going back to the airport, the coach runs to a fixed daily timetable from Bodrum bus station, passing through Torba where you can also board. It does not track your flight — be at the otogar at least 2–3 hours before departure, and check the last service of the day if you have an evening flight.
From the resort towns (Turgutreis, Yalıkavak, Gümüşlük, Bitez and the rest) there is no direct airport coach: take a Muttaş bus or dolmuş to Bodrum bus station first, then the HAVAŞ. Allow an extra 10–45 minutes depending on the town.
For late arrivals, groups with a lot of luggage, or tight connections, compare the total against a pre-booked private transfer — door to door often costs less hassle than coach plus onward taxi.
